Will I still have the same sales representative?

Most likely. While the RAF Automation and Electro-Matic Products management team, as well as the sales, service and technical support staff are the same, some changes to sales account assignments have been made.

 

How will I contact my sales representative?

You can call sales reps at the same numbers you always have. They have also retained their cell phone numbers. With an enhanced telephone system, they will also be more readily available via email as well.

 

Will Electro-Matic Products be using the RAF Automation facility?

 Yes. In addition to the warehouse and offices located at 6750 Arnold Miller Parkway, Solon, Ohio, over 300,000+ products are now available to our customers in Michigan, Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

The Solon, Ohio facility is also an authorized Gast Service and Repair Center, providing the best maintenance and service available on Gast finished products.

 

What will happen to the Brecksville office of Electro-Matic Products?

The office located at 10200 Brecksville Road has closed and all employees have relocated to the Solon, Ohio address at 6750 Arnold Miller Parkway, Solon, OH 44139.

 

Will the line of available products change?

How will this affect the service I receive?

The acquisition of RAF Automation in March, 2017 created a new Ohio competency center with a staff of almost 40, capable of providing an unmatched selection of world-class components, competitive solutions, local inventory and technical support.

You will continue to receive the excellent service you've come to expect, and will benefit from larger inventory levels, an online web store and technical support from trained application engineers.

 

Will the order processing change?

We will make every effort to communicate any changes that may affect how your orders are processed. We will be actively soliciting your feedback and actively monitoring and elevating any complaints received during the transition period.

 

Will there be delays in shipments?

There should be very little disruption to the supply of products. In the event that a problem occurs we will pursue every avenue available to us to remedy any associated disruptions that may be encountered in getting product to our customers, including consideration of safety stock and alternate distribution paths.

 

How is this acquisition going to benefit me?
